Review Of Asus Eee PC 1005PE
REVIEW:
The ASUS Eee PC 1005PE comes with an Intel’s new Atom N450 processor which consumes less power than other processors. It gives battery life of more than 8 hours. Its design looks same as the design of 1005HA which is also an asus’s product. It has a glossy lid which comes in various colours like dark blue, black, pink, white. This net book is little thicker than its previous versions.
It has a 10.1 inches LED-backlit display which supports 1024×600 pixel resolutions. Its colours are bright and clear. Its vertical viewing angles are not good but its horizontal viewing angles are much better. Its speakers are loud and clear. It gives much better sound than other net books. It also provides 1.3MP webcam which is enough for video chatting.
This net book has an island style keyboard which is similar to its previous versions but this time keys are little smaller. Still its keyboard is comfortable to use. It has a multi touch touchpad which is similar to the touchpad of 1005HE. It has a single mouse button but I think most of the people would prefer different right and left buttons.

GOOD FEATURES:
1. It build quality is good.
2. It provides excellent battery life.
3. It consumes less power.
4. Keyboard is comfortable to use.
BAD FEATURES:
1. Its old features make it an outdated laptop.
2. Touch pad is not user friendly.
3. It needs extra RAM.
4. Its processor is slow.
MAIN POINT:
The ASUS Eee PC 1005PE gives excellent battery life but at the cost of its performance. So it is completely on the user whether he wants good battery life or he wants a fast processor. I would give 3.5 out of 5 stars to this laptop.
